Robert R. McMillan, a member of the board of the Panama Canal Commission, will speak at the 30th annual Republican Party fund-raising dinner Friday, May 4, at the Saratoga Springs City Center.
McMillan, who ran against Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan, D-N.Y., in 1988, has visited Panama twice since the December invasion by the United States.
In addition to his post on the Panama Canal Commission, to which he was appointed by President Bush, McMillan is counsel to the law firm of Rivkin, Radler, Bayh, Hart and Kremer.
